Jaime Browning, DC, FCCJP

President, 2025-2027

Dr. Jaime Browning is a full professor and Technique Department chair at Sherman College of Chiropractic. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Lander University (’02), her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic (’09), an advanced certification in Knee Chest Upper Cervical Specific (KCUCS) technique (2012), is a 2019 Diplomate in Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP) confirmed by the International Chiropractic Association (ICA), and as of Fall 2022 obtained her Fellow in Craniocervical Junction Procedures (FCCJP). Since 2012, she has resided as the chair of Sherman College’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) and oversees human protections for the college’s research projects and is a member of the Converse University Institutional Review Board (2022). Dr. Browning was named the research chair of the ICA’s Upper Cervical Council from 2018-2022 and was awarded the Researcher of the Year in 2020. Browning is also the recipient of the 2019 Spirit of Sherman College Award and the 2022 Sherman College Chiropractor of the Year award. She is a past President of the Sherman College Alumni Association and is a member of ICA’s Upper Cervical Council (UCC), the American Academy of Thermology (AAT), and the FCLB Providers of Approved Continuing Education (PACE) Committee. Dr. Browning is also a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Upper Cervical Chiropractic Research. In 2023, Dr. Browning was named the President of the ICA’s Upper Cervical Council and the Chiropractor of the Year in 2024. After practicing in Easley, SC, Dr. Browning found her passion for teaching students and new graduates. She holds a part-time complex case base practice utilizing the Atlas Orthogonal Technique, is involved in ongoing research specializing in CBCT and thermal imaging, speaks internationally, and teaches several courses focused on the craniocervical junction and its impact on overall health, including Upper Cervical Rationale, Pattern Analysis, Upper Cervical Technique, and Advanced Knee Chest. Her passions include biomechanics, skin temperature differential analysis, advanced imaging, and upper cervical theoretical concepts. She is a former member of the Lander University Volleyball team, former member of the United States Navy Reserve, and now spends her free time mentoring Sherman students. She and her husband, Kyle, have three highly energetic kids: Addison, Fisher, and General. Her family enjoys camping, trips to Disney, and Clemson football.

Mychal Beebe, DC, DCCJP

Mychal Beebe BS, DC, DCCJP is in private practice in Portsmouth NH, she has served in various roles on the ICA's Council on Upper Cervical Care since 2015. in 2019 Dr. Beebe's clinic received the ICA-CUCC's 'Innate Clinic Award' and in 2020 the Clinic was award 'Best of the Seacoast' locally. Dr. Beebe is instructor certified in the Blair Upper Cervical technique, she received Blair Chiropractor of the Year in 2019 and is currently the Director of Research for the board of the Blair Society.

Jennifer Taylor, DC, DCCJP

Jennifer Taylor, DC, DCCJP. After graduating from Parker Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Taylor opened Taylor Family Chiropractic in 2006. However, in 2011, she started a partnership with Dr. Christy Flick and they opened HealthWorks in Plano, Texas. She is Advance Certified in Orthospinology technique, regularly presents at the Orthospinology Symposiums and participates on the Advisory Board. In 2019 she completed her Diplomate in Chiropractic Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP) program.

Benjamin Kuhn, DC, DCCJP

Benjamin Kuhn, DC, DCCJP is a 2006 graduate of Palmer College in Davenport Iowa. He has always been interested in upper cervical work, running a National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA) practice in Edmonton, Alberta and serves on the NUCCA board of directors as well as the board of directors of the Upper Cervical Research Foundation (UCRF). He has recently completed the upper cervical diplomate and has developed software for analyzing xrays in a digital environment. He looks forward to helping further the awareness and progress of upper cervical work with his position on the International Chiropractic Association-Upper Cervical Council board of directors.

Jane Brewer, DC, DCCJP, Director

Jane Brewer, DC, DCCJP graduated from Life University in 2014 as the valedictorian of her class. She opened Precision Chiropractic in 2015 to bring upper cervical chiropractic to Northern Colorado. She completed her DCCJP studies in 2022 with the third cohort, again as valedictorian. She is passionate about using the knowledge gained during her advanced studies to educate complementary healthcare providers about the immense benefits of upper cervical care, which earned her the recognition of being BizWest's 2023 Women of Distinction honoree in the Healthcare category. In addition to her involvement in the chiropractic profession, she serves on the Board of Directors for Loveland Habitat for Humanity and is an avid cyclist and skier.

Gordon Elder, DC

Director, 2023-2025

GORDON D. ELDER, DC, FICPA, DCCJP is the director of the original Blair Chiropractic Clinic in Lubbock, Texas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College (‘99), and is a Fellow of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (‘99). Of all Dr. Elder’s accomplishments he is most proud of his Diplomate in Chiropractic Craniocervical Junction Procedures (‘23). Dr. Elder’s current professional focus is primarily patient care, but he has an increasing role in teaching the Blair Technique to others both nationally and internationally, as well as researching the advancement of chiropractic care in the upper neck and how it affects the rest of the body. In addition to directing the Blair Chiropractic Clinic, Dr. Elder serves as Vice President of the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society, is the Research Director and sits on the Board of Directors for the International Chiropractic Association’s Council on Upper Cervical Care, and teaches the Blair Technique Elective at Sherman Chiropractic College. In October of 2020, Dr. Elder was chosen as the Blair Chiropractor of the Year by the leadership of the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society and the Blair Chiropractic Membership Association.

William R. Lordan, DC, DCCJP

Director, 2023-2025

Dr. Lordan graduated from Sherman College in 2000. As an intern he served patients in South Carolina and in Moldova, Russia with the Kale Network. There, “seeing is believing” came to life and a lasting sense of purpose set in. His passion for upper cervical techniques and knowledge led him to study: Blair, Toggle (HIO), and Orthospinology. He is an Advanced Graduate of The Society of Chiropractic Orthospinology with one of the highest grades ever given. In 2022 he completed his DCCJP studies becoming the first in Connecticut to do so. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors for the ICA’s Council on Upper Cervical, Chair of the Political Relations Committee For the ICA’s Council on Upper Cervical, a Board member for the Society of Chiropractic Orthospinology and Chair of their membership committee, and a member of Delta Sigma Chi, a professional chiropractic fraternity. He has presented at conferences throughout the country and is involved in research. In addition to his professional involvement, he is an avid skier and involved in his local community.

Julie Mayer Hunt, DC, DICCP, FCCJP

Julie Mayer Hunt, DC, DICCP, FCCJP is a second generation upper cervical chiropractor, graduated from Life University in 1981, practicing in Clearwater Fla., with her father and son. A co-developer of the Council's Diplomate program, she serves with Dr. Rochester as co-chair of the curriculum committee. Dr. Hunt is a Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics (DCCIP) and presents seminars and lectures on upper cervical care pediatrics across North America at state conventions and other conferences. She serves on the Florida Chiropractic State Board and has received many awards including Chiropractor of the Year by the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) in 2014; the Society of Orthospinology in 2012; and the ICA Upper Cervical Council in 2016.

Kevin Lin, DC DCCJP

Dr. Kevin Lin is a specialized Upper Cervical Chiropractor with certifications in Blair, Knee Chest, and Orthospinology techniques. As one of the select practitioners holding the prestigious Diplomate in Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP), Dr. Lin brings exceptional expertise to the field of upper cervical care. For over a decade, Dr. Lin has served patients at Precision Chiropractic, focusing on precise adjustments that optimize nervous system function. A 2009 graduate of Life University's Doctor of Chiropractic program and 2005 graduate of Rollins College with a Bachelor's in History and Pre-Med, Dr. Lin combines rigorous scientific understanding with personalized patient care. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Lin has led six humanitarian mission trips to Guatemala and the Dominican Republic, bringing upper cervical care to underserved communities.

Dr. Evans attended Ball State University in Muncie Indiana for his Undergraduate work and graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2011. Dr. Evans achieved his Proficiency certification in Blair Upper Cervical Technique in 2014 and achieved his Diplomate in Craniocervical Junction Procedures from the ICA's Council on Upper Cervical Care in 2015. Dr. Evans is also an alumni of Delta Sigma Chi (DSC) Professional Chiropractic Fraternity. Dr. Evans is in private practice with his wife Dr. Mychal Beebe in Portsmouth New Hampshire.
